It looks like Song Hye-Kyo has something else up her sleeves. The 35-year-old veteran actress recently admitted that she is under intense pressure to settle down with a man and start a family.
This year, the likes of Kim Tae-Hee and Park Ha-Sun have already exchanged wedding vows with their respective partners. It seemed that seeing the actresses walk down the aisle has affected the "Autumn in My Heart" star future plans in any way.
On the 12th anniversary issue of W fashion magazine, as cited by The Korea Herald, Song said she has already reached a point in her life where majority of her friends are either getting engaged or married. Despite that, she is not in a rush to settle down anytime soon.
"It gets harder and harder, though," Song said. "There are a limited number of people you can meet and you become pickier at judging people. Also, you lose your fantasies about marriage when you hear from those married couples."

Song also spoke about her relationships in the past, revealing that staying friends with an ex-boyfriend is a bad idea. The actress admitted she does not understand how two individuals who were once a couple can remain good friends, a statement that often comes up after breakups.
"Even if you love your boyfriend so much, when you break up he becomes no better than Mr. Kim next door," Song added. "Mr. Kim next door can at least come by and help."
Song, who made her acting debut in 1996's "First Love," experienced a resurgence in her career after she starred opposite Song Joong-Ki in the 2016 pan-Asia hit drama "Descendants of the Sun." The show was unbelievably popular with its final episode recording a 38.8 percent viewership ratings.
Due to their undeniable on-screen chemistry, Hye-Kyo and Joong-Ki were honored with the highly-coveted Presidential Award at the 2016 South Korean Popular Culture and Arts Award, All Kpop reported. In her acceptance speech, the former thanked everyone who has helped her become one of the most recognizable personalities in the country.
