The "One Piece" anime will enter the Whole Cake Island arc in episode 783, which will be released on April 9. The first and most of the second chapters of the arc following the Zou finale have already been covered.
Tomohiro Nakayama wrote "One Piece" episode 783 is titled "Sanji Returns Home - To Big Mom's Territory!" Yasunori Koyama was the episode director and Toshio Deguchi was the animation director while Tetsuya Endō did the storyboard.
On March 1, Japanese voice actor Hiroaki Hirata took to Twitter to announce the return of his character Sanji in "One Piece" episode 783. The episode titled "Sanji Returns Home- To Big Mom's Territory!"

Before entering Big Mom's territory, the Straw Hat Pirates made an additional stop in the "One Piece" anime. This is different from the events of the manga.
The Navy Rookies filler arc will start in episode 780 titled "A Hungry Front! Luffy and the Navy Rookies!," which will be released on March 19. It will continue in episode 781 titled "The Persistent Trio- The Great Pursuit for the Straw Hats!," which will be released on March 26.
It has yet to be confirmed whether or not a new opening theme will be introduced in the Navy Rookies filler arc. The arc will end in episode 782 titled "Fist of the Devil- Showdown! Luffy VS Grant," which will be released on April 2.
In "Sanji Returns Home - To Big Mom's Territory!," Sanji is with Baron Tamago on Big Mom's ship. The former will spend time looking at a photograph of Charlotte Pudding, his soon-to-be fiancée.
Apparently, Sanji is madly in love with Charlotte Pudding. As for the Straw Hats, they are still struggling with their food rations.
Meanwhile, Japan's ambassador to Israel Koji Tomita, 59, attended Harucon 2017 cosplaying as Monkey D. Luffy on March 12, Sunday. He said he was very embarrassed wearing a suit in Harucon 2016 and invited the audience to visit Japan if they want to know more about the country, Asahi Shimbun quoted him as saying.
Also present during Harucon 2017 were Japanese voice actors Toshio Furukawa, 70, who voiced Portgas D. Ace in "One Piece" and Piccolo in "Dragon Ball," and Shino Kakinuma, 51, who voiced Videl in "Dragon Ball Kai." Furukawa said it is surprising that Japanese animation and subculture are appreciated with excitement beyond borders and languages, NHK quoted him as saying.
