18 Seasons later, Grey's Anatomy seems to be one of the most talked-about shows on the small screen. Spicier news coming from Ellen Pompeo has made fans all riled up!
Dr. Addison Montgomery, played by Kate Walsh, is one of the new characters coming back and reuniting with the cast.
Pompeo shared how she felt really grateful for the return of her friend and once again co-star to the cast on E! News' Daily Pop that "Kate is the funnest person on set."
She went on to say that everyone from the original cast shared a special bond and went through something that only a few people could experience and understand after all the hard work placed into the show and the craziness that went along with it, like being famous in a short amount of time, and then coming together once again even when the show is still ongoing.
She let it slip that the two co-stars, upon their reunion, have had an emotional reunion by shedding a tear, then adding that they hugged it out and cried for a bit.
Walsh returns in Grey's Anatomy after years of absence, and that she initially left the series to create her own spin-off series called Private Practice.
As the show is now on its 18th season, Pompeo still is unsure as to when it's time for her own leave will take place since her husband, Chris Ivery, wants to ease off on her workload.
That doesn't seem to be the case, however, as Pompeo just recently launched her podcast named Tell Me.
Pompeo went on to length explaining that with so many young women that look up to her and want to hear what she's saying, the podcast is the medium that she's going for and wants to give it a shot off on its own.
The reason was to combat "all the negativity," implying the assaults on women, mistruths, and she wants to use her platform to engage in conversations that are meaningful and would impact the people to the core.
Her podcast can be streamed on all platforms and has new episodes every Wednesday.
