What appears to be One Direction's official rider for the "On The Road Again" tour has leaked online. Fans have now access to several inside and some rather embarrassing information about the band members.
The leaked tour rider gives a sneak peek on what goes on behind the scene during the world tour of the boy band. The Smoking Gun has landed with a 32-page production rider, a 40-page security plan, and a 23-page risk assessment report given to concert promoters by the boy band members.
Despite the hype and popularity enjoyed by the all boy band group, Harry Styles and his band members appears to be quite humble and grounded as their demands in the rider are quite normal and justified. The rider has listed strictly no alcohol in the dressing room, but is more lenient in After-show requirements with 3 cases of local beer.
Due to some yet-not-clear reasons, the band has demanded only four star dressing rooms. One of the members, Zayn Malik has announced his departure recently, but the rider is dated March 9. It is still a mystery why a five-member band will ask for only four rooms. Either Malik's departure was pre-decided and expected or two of the musicians love to share a single dressing room.
Apart from dressing rooms, the band demands one backstage room for training and practice. Another unique demand mentioned in the rider is that bathrooms should be stocked with supply of soft toilet tissues. The singers want their dressing rooms' walls should be adorned with the posters of famous musicians who have used it earlier.
One Direction band wants it food to be served only on china dishes. The dishes should be marked with 2 inch by 3 inches typed bold font labels. In desserts, the band likes to have homemade stuff, preferably fruit tarts and ice cream along with profiteroles especially for Niall Horan.
The risk assessment report provided by the band has rated their fans as 9/10, testing them on the parameters of 0 being seated and 10 being riotous. After the recent development with the departure of Malik from the band, fan base of the band is still in shock with twitter reactions are being reported in the form of support to the singer to suicide warnings, Music Times reported.
