Highly anticipated game Project Cars is set to be unveiled in May and game developer, Slightly Mad Studios, is giving away new cars every month as a free downloadable content.
The crowdfunded racing game will receive a string of free DLC vehicles following the game's release. To kick off the free DLC, the developer will seed the most exclusive and expensive cars in the world, including the W Motors Lykan Hypersport.
"We are immensely pleased to have this awesome machine in the game and to give fans the chance to get behind the wheel of a truly amazing vehicle. The Lykan Hypersport represents the first of a series of free cars we'll be giving away every month as a thank you to our fans for being so patient for the launch of the game. We'll have more info on the full schedule of further content for Project CARS soon but we hope that this is a great sneak peek of just one way in which Project CARS is going to expand in the future," the game's creative director Andy Tudor posted on the Project CARS website.
According to IGN, the W Motors Lykan Hypersport first arrived in the Driveclub in November and can rev up from zero to 62mph in 2.8 seconds. The car also features diamond-encrusted LEDs in the headlights. However, the car is most famous as Dominic Toretto's ride in the upcoming "The Fast and the Furious 7" film.
Meanwhile, the full roster of the cars bound to the game is still under wraps. It seemed that the studio will surprise the gamers on what cars will be unveiled each month.
