Focus Features has released another trailer for the upcoming horror film "Insidious: Chapter 3."
The production company initially released the trailer at WonderCon 2015 event in Anaheim, California last weekend, as per Blood Disgusting. The trailer opens with Elise and Quinn trying to contact Quinn's dead mother. As Elise called out for the dead, she heard a voice. Quinn asked if it was her mother. Elise said that it was not her mother. After that, Elise appeared terrified followed by Quinn hearing a sound on the table area next to their room. It seems to be a growling sound. Elise ended their psychic activity and told Quinn that she should not try to contact her mother alone. Elise added that there are other people who can do it, which disappointed Quinn. Lastly, Elise also advised Quinn to be very careful, which made the young lady look at Elise suggesting that the advice it was very important. Elise warned Quinn saying, "If you call out to one of the dead, all of them can hear you."
Meanwhile, a teaser trailer for the upcoming "Sinister 2" was also shown at the event, as per Complex. The trailer showed a family moving to another house, two dead children in the corn field, a boy who attempts to escape from a creepy creature, a footage being watched by people, and three people in the field who are threatened by a man holding a blade.
"Insidious: Chapter 3" is the third installment of the "Insidious" franchise. Serving as the prequel of the horror saga, the film will center on the Brenner family at the state before the Lambert family was haunted.
The film will star Tom Fitzpatrick as the Bride in Black, Leigh Whannell as Specs, Angus Sampson as Tucker, Tate Berney as Alex Brenner, Stefanie Scott as Quinn Brenner, and Lin Shaye as Elise Rainier.
Whannell is set to helm the film, along with Jason Blum, James Wan, Steven Schneider, Peter Schlessel, Xavier Marchand, Rick Osako, Bailey Conway, Oren Peili, Laura Altman, Jeanetter Brill, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Lia Buman, and Philip Dawe as co-producers.
"Insidious: Chapter 3" is slated to premiere in theaters on Jun. 5.
