Comedian Kenan Thompson took a jab at his fellow comedian Bill Cosby, who has been under the microscope after more than two dozens of women claimed that they were abused and harassed by him, as Thompson calls the latter a monster.
Thompson had a stand-up comedy show at the University of Pittsburgh on Tuesday evening and he brought out the issue about Cosby. Thompson said that if the allegations against the legendary comedian are indeed true, he is a monster.
E! News had an interview with Jesse Erwin, the social media editor of Pitt News, the school's news site, and he shared that Thompson was doing his own thing for around an hour before the Cosby comment came up. The "Saturday Night Live" talked about how Cosby was his hero while growing up because he was one of the first "clean" black comedians on television.
However, Thompson told the crowd that his admiration for Cosby changed a bit when they worked together in the movie called "Fat Albert" back in 2004. Thompson shared that Cosby made jokes that were sexually related while they filmed and while on set and that's when Thompson felt like it was not the Cosby he knew.
In another report by Huffington Post, Thompson also brought in his mom on set during the filming of the said movie and Cosby was being weird as he let Thompson's mother sit on his lap and talked about horse riding. Thompson also reportedly said that he hopes there were video recordings of the things that are being said about Cosby so he can finally go to jail.
This information revealed by the publication has not yet been confirmed by Thompson or his representatives but a student from the said school who was present during the show of Thompson testified that this is true.
This is the first time that Thompson talked about Cosby and his experience with him but he spoofed the comedian during the 40th anniversary of "Saturday Night Live" in which the sexual allegations against Cosby was the main topic for the skit.
