According to the rumors, Apple will be upgrading the RAM to 2 GB. Rumors are also doing the rounds that the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus might have an upgraded camera. According to Digital Trends, the iPhone 6s will have a 12-megapixel camera. However, the size of the pixels will be smaller.
A few reports hinted that an improved version of the fingerprint scanner will be added to the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. KGI Securities' Ming-Chi Kuo said that the iPhone 6s will come in rose gold, too, IBN Live reported.
iPhone 6c
According to DigiTimes, Apple will introduce a 4-inch iPhone 6c along with the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. The iPhone 6c is said to sport the Touch ID fingerprint sensor and have NFC. Also, the phone is said to be powered by the A8 processor.
There are rumors that the iPhone 6c will be made in plastic instead of aluminum and that it will be a cheaper version of the iPhone 6.
iPhone 7
It is rumored that iPhone 7 smartphone will have a Series 7000 aluminum alloy casing. There are rumors that the smartphone would sport a 5-inch screen with 400ppi resolution. The tech giant Apple allegedly filed a patent for its waterproof designs for their devices. It is also rumored that the iPhone 7 will have 2GB of RAM.
The most possible release date for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus is September 2015. Also, according to PC Advisor, it is likely that the iPhone 7 will be revealed at a special event in September 2015.
