"Million Dollar Baby" star Clint Eastwood's controversial joke on Caitlyn Jenner, who was earlier known as Bruce Jenner, in Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards will be censored out.

The 85-year-old actor made a controversial joke targeting the former Olympian, which was not taken down well with the audience at on June 6. An eyewitness told Hollywood Life that while introducing Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Eastwood compared him with other former athletes, who have turned into actors like "Jim Brown and Caitlyn Somebody".

The comment made on the 65-year-old reality TV star was not appreciated by the crowd as they groaned collectively and did not laugh at the insensitive joke.

The network has confirmed that the transphobic joke will be edited out during the award ceremony telecast, scheduled on June 18.  "We will remove the reference in the version that will air," The Spec quoted David Schwarz, Spike TV senior vice president of communications.

As reported earlier, Caitlyn unveiled the new identity on the cover of Vanity Fair last month.

Meanwhile, the star is busy filming her eight-part documentary "I Am Caitlyn" for E!. The star was spotted on June 8 in the back of a black Mercedes with a camera crew surrounding her. The star reportedly looked absolutely glamorous, putting an end to the rumors that airbrushing and photoshopping were used heavily on her much-discussed cover shoot with the glossy monthly title.

The documentary will premiere on July 26 and will cover the transition of Bruce to Caitlyn and how it has affected her personal life and relationships. The teaser of the show has started airing which shows Caitlyn putting make up and getting ready for the day.
