There are rumors that the latest Moto G 2015 release may be in July or August.
Moto G 2nd Gen was released within 10 months of the launch of its predecessor, according to Christian Today.
Motorola Mobility CEO Rick Osleroh tweeted that, "We try to stay on a roughly annual cycle for all of our products including Moto X." This has led the analysts to believe that the upcoming Moto G 2015 release could possibly happen in July or August.
However, other rumors claimed that Motorola will probably release the Moto G 2015 in August in order to get ahead of other Android-based smartphones.
The upcoming phone was allegedly spotted in India-based e-commerce website Flipkart. The listing showed that it was available with 8 GB internal memory and is only available in white. The much-anticipated phone will run on Android Lollipop 5.1 OS. There are many new updates in the Android 5.1 OS like better screen pinning, ease of use in "Quick Settings" and support for HD Voice.
The Moto G 2nd generation was hailed as one of the best budget smartphones last year. It is commended for its long battery life and stellar software performance.
Moto G 2015 specs are rumored to be similar to the Moto G 2014. It is purported to have a 5.2-inch screen display with High Definition resolution, Snapdragon Qualcomm 64-bit chipset paired with 2GB of RAM, according to Tech Frag.
Moto G 2015 is also rumored to pack Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 10 megapixels or 16 megapixels primary camera and 5 megapixels secondary camera with the feature of optical image stabilisation. Moto G 2015 price is expected to be in the bracket of $175 to $250.
