"Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star Kim Kardashian will reportedly sue a paparazzi agency for taking her pictures in her home through helicopters and selling them around as nude pics.
The reality star, who is pregnant with her second child with husband Kanye West, has reportedly instructed her lawyer to fire off a letter to X17 paparazzi agency, after learning that they are shopping her so-called nude photos, which they allegedly took from a helicopter she discovered hovering her house recently, TMZ reported.
The 34-year-old's lawyer, Marty Singer, has sprung into action and has claimed that pics were not even legal as they were taken with a telephoto lens. Further contradicting the claims made by X17, Kardashian declared the photo agency is lying and there is no way that the photos in question can be nude.
The reality TV also declared through her lawyer that she was wearing a blue colored bikini, when she noticed the flying object hovering above her home, after which she covered herself with a towel. Singer has warned the paparazzi agency that if they tried to sell the pics in question, they will face big damages for invasion of privacy.
The agency has since removed the controversial pic from their official website.
The reality star, though, is no stranger to nude photo shoots. Earlier this year, she famously tried to "break the internet" by exposing her derriere in full public view for the cover of Paper magazine.
Meanwhile, the four-month-pregnant TV star was spotted after filming for her reality show "KUWTK" in Van Nuys, California on July 6, Monday. As the star looked stunning in skin tight LBD and black strappy heels, there was no sign of baby bump and her stomach appeared alarmingly much flatter than most in their second trimester, Daily Mail reported.
