Heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko is looking forward to "all the crap" Tyson Fury said he will do in a mandatory defense in October at the Esprit Arena in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Klitschko's K2 Promotions and Mick Hennessy, Fury's promoter, have agreed to terms just four minutes before noon ET, the scheduled purse bid at the WBA headquarters in Panama City.

The two promoters risked the right to promote the bout had they not agreed to terms, which they have not yet disclosed.

Showing up at the botched purse bid were representatives of British promoters Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren, as well as Russian promoter Vlad Hrunov.

The fight surely would have garnered a winning bid of at least $15 million.

Had it went to a purse bid, Klitschko, as champion, would've been entitled to 80 percent of the winning bid and Fury 20 percent.

Boente, who was in Germany, said he was in constant contact with Hennessy and Tom Loeffler, managing director of Klitschko's K2 Promotions.

It will be the third time for Klitschko, who holds the IBF-WBO-WBA-IBO crowns, to defend his title at Esprit Arena, an indoor soccer stadium, where he twice drew crowds of more than 50,000.

In 2010, he knocked out Eddie in the 12th round and in 2012 he stopped ex-cruiserweight champion Jean Marc Mormeck in the fourth.

The Klitschko-Fury matchup is expected to surpass both fights in terms od spectators.

Even Klitschko realized how big the fight is interms of interest from the fans on social media.

The 6-foot-6, 245-pound Klitschko (64-3, 54 KOs) has defended his heavyweight crown 18 times, the third-longest streak behind Joe Louis' 25 and Larry Holmes' 20.

In his last fight on April 25, Klitschko dominated then-undefeated Bryant Jennings en route to a  unanimous decison win.

The 26-year-old Fury will be Klitschko's sixth undefeated challenger in last seven title defenses.

The 6-foot-9, 260-pound Englishman Fury (24-0, 18 KOs) scored a 10th-round knockout of contender Dereck Chisora in November and knocked out Christian Hammer in the eighth round on Feb. 28.
