When "Batman: Arkham Knight" was released, one of the immediate criticism was its quite expensive price tag and many hardcore gamers know that the game will soon slash down its price through deals and discounts. One online retailer recently announced it will slash at least 20 percent of the game's price tag.
The deal was first picked up by Geek Snack and shows that "Batman: Arkham Knight" is on sale at online retail store Rakuten for a discounted price of $47.99. That is 20 percent off the original price tag of the game which is $59.99.
Additionally, Rakuten has a special promo if buyers will use their Visa card to purchase the game. According to Inquistr, purchasing the PlayStation 4 version of the game using a Visa card and using the promo code VISASUMMER will give buyers an additional 20 percent discount putting the game's checkout price at $37.99.
The promotional discount is only applicable for a limited and while supplies last. The promo also comes in with free shipping and Rakuten ships the product in one to two business days upon purchase. While the game is available on the PC and Xbox One platform, the Rakuten discount only applies for the PlayStation 4 version of the game.
For Xbox One owners, a discounted copy of "Batman: Arkham Knight" can be purchased over at eBay for $44.95. An eBay seller using the handle jeiha.us2014 has 11 copies to sell. Just like the deal with Rakuten, the discount is only applicable for a limited time and until supplies last.
Another eBay seller named frei.maur is selling Xbox One copies of "Batman: Arkham Knight" for $42.00. The seller has a 14-day money back guarantee and offers free international shipping.
