A week after her 35th birthday, "Frozen 2" star Kristen Bell decided to send good cheer. The recipient was a six-year-old cancer girl diagnosed with a rare type of brain cancer.
Avery Huffman was visibly thrilled and her eyes lit up when she listened to a phoned-in message from Bell, who reprised her role as Princess Anna from the hit animation movie "Frozen." The actress, a Youth Advocacy awardee, stated that she was relaying a message from Queen Elsa that Huffman has been a brave and good girl and as such, has been pronounced honorary princess of Arendelle, Daily Mail reported.
Huffman's dad posted the video in social media, which has gone viral. The Huffman family has been keeping track of their daughter's journey as a seriously ill person. The words of hope and cheer from the child's favorite character clearly touched many people's hearts, not just the Huffmans.
In other news, "Frozen" fans' hearts keep fluttering with excitement these days when hearing news about the movie's sequel in the works. Bell recently tweeted "Dreams really do come 2!" and received congratulatory comments, plus a message to "keep those dreams coming."
The Walt Disney Animation Studio has officially gathered its creative and production teams, making "Frozen 2" go full throttle in the initial planning stage, The Walt Disney Company reported.
Disney CEO Robert Iger has stated in interviews that the company stands firm in producing excellent films, and is not about to fasttrack the next full-length "Frozen" film. The release date of "Frozen 2" will not be earlier than 2018.
