The outcasts on "Scream Queens" season 1 have just been named and former "Glee" star Lea Michele revealed that she did not have any problems portraying her part.
In an interview with TV Line, Michele revealed that she will be playing the role of Hester, an outcast who wears a neck brace and who desperately wants to join the sorority. However, unlike the Chanels, Esther is not as put together as the other girls.
Michele also talked about the time when Ryan Murphy told her that he wants her to be on the show. At that time, Michele thought that Murphy just did not want her to suffer from a post-"Glee" meltdown.
Meanwile, Keke Palmer has also been tapped to join the cast of "Scream Queens" season 1. Palmer will play the role of Zayday, a very driven teenager who is focused on getting good grades. However, Zayday also knows how to enjoy life and how to have good and clean fun with her friends.
The last outcast will be played by actress Skyler Samuels, who has been tapped to play the role of Grace. According to Samuels, Murphy previously asked her what it was like to be in a sorority while she was still part of "American Horror Story." As Grace, Samuels will play the role of a very independent college girl who is also very conflicted with her life.
"Scream Queens" will reportedly be more cartoonish than Murphy's other FX series, "American Horror Story," according to IGN. The series will premiere sometime in the fall.
