The residents found the corpse accidentally, reports Express in an exclusive article. However, locals and scientists are puzzled by the discovery with some residents believing it is a chicken embryo that was thrown away.

But Russian experts failed to determine what it is. A researcher said the corpse does not look like that of a fish or bird. The puzzling skull lacks wings and a neck. Even specialists from the Institute of Biophysics in Krashnoyarsk admits failing to make a quick identification of the creature, prompting Yegor Zaderev, a biologist, to propose an extensive study by sending the corpse to Moscow.

However, Scott Waring, editor of UFO Sightings Daily, an alien investigation group, called the find "an alien body." Because of its lack of resemblance to any known animal or creature, Waring believes its origin is extraterrestrial.

While a Mirror online survey found that majority of the British daily's readers take such alien sighting stories with a grain of salt, despite the alleged validation by UFO tracking groups, "confirmation" by scientists such as Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell, could confuse people who doubt the alien theories.

Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, claimed in mid-August that aliens descended on Earth to stop the nuclear war between the U.S. and Russia. The member of the Apollo 14 mission which flew to the moon in 1971, was quoted as saying, "My own experience talking to people has made it clear the ETs had been attempting to keep us from going to war and help create peace on Earth," quoted Mirror.
