The Fifth Bourne sequel titled "The Bourne Betrayal" got back the 44-year old actor Matt Damon, and filming has begun early this week.
Entertainment Weekly stated that after eight long years, the producer, actor and philanthropist Matt Damon has finally got back again for another action-packed movie. The franchise producer, Frank Marshall, tweeted an image of Matt Damon on Day One's shooting for the Fifth Bourne sequel.
By the look at the photo, the actor did look like he had not skimped on maintaining his great physique. He looked like he was filming the first time back in 2007 with "The Bourne Identity."
Aside from the actor according to SlashFilm, the movie sequel also brought back Nicky, the role played by Julia Stiles. In addition to this, Director Paul Greengrass is also back for this film after working with the actor in previous sequels title "The Bourne Supremacy" and "The Bourne Ultimatum." Also, "The Bourne Betrayal" also welcomed veteran actor Tommy Lee Jones, Vincent Cassel as the villain or so-called "The Asset," as well as Alicia Vikander.
The plot has not been revealed yet that was written by Christopher Rouse and Paul Greengrass, the director himself. However, based on the book, Jason Bourne was introduced to some new people and there were a series of actions like stealing a motorcycle, following a truck, and boarding a plane to find a man named Fadi, leading to some other twists and turns along the way.
The filming of "Bourne 5" is said to be done in Las Vegas and in Europe, particularly in Greece. And the film has been scheduled to be out in worldwide theaters on July 29, 2016.
