Can you ever imagine your boss being as generous as to buy you a Mercedes for a year-end bonus? Well, it seems like the employees at a technology company in Shenzhen, China got lucky.

A reporter from a local news agency describes that there are 10 Mercedes C series parked at the company's parking lot. The cars are decorated with colored balls and flowers. A card which says "2013 Year-end Bonus" is placed on top of two of the cars.

Ms. Zhang who also goes to work around the same area says she's definitely very jealous of the employees who works at that company. She would dream to work for a company like that. People who pass by these cars all feel the same way -- what a generous boss.

The reporter later finds out that the company is a high-tech company that develops Unmanned Helicopter Flight Control Systems.  The person who's in charged of distributing the bonuses told the reporter that the boss just bought the cars the day before, hoping that nice year-end bonuses will make the employees more motivated to work.

She also told the reporter that the cars will not actually be "given" to the employees, but more for them to use as service vehicles from home to work. Those who are rewarded with these cars will have to work for the company for another 5 years to actually "own" it.

Winners of these cars came out of the 500 full-time employees of the company. The contact person said that they are constantly hiring new people, and anyone with the talent they are looking for will have a chance to work for the company.
