Fox's "Gotham" season 1 focused on Detective Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) as he tried to clean up the Gotham City Police Department and handled the city's organized crimes. However, the second season, "The Rise of the Villains," has introduced the villainous Galavan siblings in the first episode titled "Damned If You Do."

Apart from recurring stars like Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) and Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor), Theo and Tabitha Galavan (James Frain and Jessica Lucas) will be bringing a new face to the villains in "Gotham," Screenrant reported. Therefore, another DC Comics character will join the roster of previously established villains' category through season 2.

According to Variety, Raul Castillo (Looking) will play the hitman Eduardo Flamingo and the character will first feature in "Gotham" season 2 episode 9. Flamingo is portrayed as a ruthless murderer who rarely misses his target, and has a tradition of eating his victims' faces after killing them. It is not surprising that in DC's New 52, Flamingo is depicted as an inmate at Arkham Asylum.

As seen in "Gotham" premiere, Jerome Valeska (Cameron Monaghan) and Barbara Kean (Erin Richards) were chosen by Theo to form "The Maniax" - a team composed of criminally insane people that will be a force to remember in season 2. Other villains set to feature in season 2 include Joe Pike (Leo Fitzpatrick), Firefly (Michelle Veintimilla), Mad Hatter, and Clayface.

The show has essentially hand-picked characters from the comics and included slight twists to offer new dimensions while remaining focused on their comic book counterparts. However, it is unlikely that Flamingo's pink motorcycle will feature on "Gotham," apart from some reference to the his initial design in the costuming of the hitman.

Flamingo will fit in season 2 by being part of the show's rise of the villains. Based on his history in the comics, Flamingo may find himself in Arkham Asylum or, join up The Maniax.
