In honor of Batman Day, DC All Access featured the top 10 Batman stories you might have never read.
Dark Knight News featured DC Entertainment's special video highlighting unique story arcs about the Caped Crusader.
While "Batman: Year One," "The Killing Joke," "The Dark Knight Returns," and "The Long Halloween" top the best Batman stories of all time, there are still hidden gems in Bruce Wayne's canon.
One of the stories that made the list is the "Venom" story arc from "Legends of the Dark Knight." Batman tries an experimental drug that his father made when he failed to save a young girl that was held for ransom.
There's also "Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman Trinity," the first time that the three superheroes joined forces to defeat Ra's al Ghul as he recruits Bizarro and Artemis to unleash global chaos.
The Fandom Post made special mention of "Gotham by Gaslight," which also made the list. It's a one-shot comic book written by Brian Augustyn and Mike Mignola. In this story, Batman is wrongly accused of being the serial killer Jack the Ripper. He later on finds out who the real Ripper is.
"The Joker: Devil's Advocate" is another one-shot comic book. It's written by Chuck Dixon. Batman becomes the Joker's advocate as he vouches for his innocence and ironically saves him from death penalty.
Making it to the number two spot is "Batman: Son of the Demon." This is the story where Batman marries Ra's al Ghul's daughter Talia who gets pregnant with their son. When Talia saw that Batman softened in his disposition because of his new role as a father, she fakes a miscarriage.
This led to their marriage being dissolved and Batman going back to his grim outlook. He didn't know that his son lived.
