Jimmy Fallon takes the stage and slams the town South Park. The folks watching TV are disgusted to see Fallon making fun of the town in "South Park" Season 19, Episode 3 titled "The City Part of Town."

The episode starts with Fallon's act and he rips apart South Park on national television. The people of the town are angry and upset.
Next day in school, Kyle, Eric, Stan and Kenny discusses Fallon's act and Eric blames Kenny's dilapidated house for all the mess. They hope that someone takes charge and improve the image of South Park.
It is revealed that South Park has an image problem and that needs a makeover. Towards this issue, a new program is launched called SoDoSoPa 2015.
"I am announcing a plan called SoDoSoPa, a new urban development that will turn the most rundown and dilapidated part of our town into a quaint centre of shops and cafes," the mayor announces.
"South Park" Season 19, Episode 3 also showcases City Wok's Tuong Lu Kim. The folks of South Park are shifting towards the glittering shimmers of SoDoSoPa and Kim thinks that the people are on their way to forget the City Food.
