CheckiO is about to launch crowdsourcing as their platform for Python developers.

CheckiO, a game where one is coding in Python and based in Las Vegas as Techstars-seasoned Ukrainian-born startup based, turns into three different ways of crowdsourcing. It is a place where programmers' code can be reviewed as well by the creator of the Python language and CheckiO advisory board member, Guido Van Rossum.

The first was of its crowdsourcing involves new coding puzzle. All the programmers and Python developers of CheckiO can now make a new coding puzzle. They can even suggest it to CheckiO through GitHub. The new coding puzzle will be reviewed and if it works, then it will be part of the game.

CheckiO will also crowdsource its problems' translation. This function had been under two-month review and showed good results. The users now can access the puzzles in 10 languages.

The third way of crowdsourcing involves leaving hints. The players and users can step up from the problem and leave it to those who wants to solve it.

CheckiO is considering to use internal currency or real money for unlocking in-game achievements. It will also can be used when players ask for their codes to be reviewed.

There are currently 40,000 CheckiO users around the globe with a huge user-based in Japan. It is also being used as an educational instrument to evaluate students and make projects and assignments more entertaining.
