Lomography has showed off a camera called Lomo'Instant Wide, an instant wide camera and lens system.
This is the first Lomo'Instant Wide camera that uses Fujifilm's Instax Mini film. The film measures in at only 2.13 x 3.4 inches. It produces images double the size of the Instax Mini. Now, it is wider and more suitable to some photographers' tastes. Lomo'Instant camera has a bunch of features which are not present on other instant cameras and grown up design.
The camera features three creative shooting modes: Auto for a fully automatic experience, Bulb for long-exposure and light-painting, and Fixed Shutter Speed for shooting in studio settings. It features a pair of aperture settings — f/8 and f/22.
It has a built-in PC sync port in order to hook up a strobe and use flash, offering a fancy instant photography. The Bulb for long-exposure and light-painting mode allows for long exposures. The multiple exposure mode, which allows the users to take several frames on the same piece of film to produce overlapping photos.
Other features include unlimited long exposures, unlimited multiple exposures, interchangeable color gel filters, and exposure compensation, PetaPixel reported.
Lomo'Instant camera has a lens cap, which doubles as a shutter release via an integrated button and wireless tech. Users can also choose the available lens attachment: wide angle, close up, and splitzer. the lens cap also protect the camera and the 90mm lens from dust and scratches, but users can press it like button to trigger your camera from a distance.
It is available in four design and colors: Black, Central Park, Portobello, and White. Interested buyers can now pre-order the camera for $199 and $239 with the inclusion of lens attachments and the colored filters, according to SlashGear. The first batch of cameras will start shipping out the camera in December 2015.
