Members of the ALDC team are reportedly "jumping with glee" when they found out that Abby Lee Miller has been charged with bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations. If convicted, the "Dance Moms" star will face five years in prison and charges up to $5 million.
According to In Touch Weekly, via International Business Times, everyone from the reality series were elated when they found out about the news. An insider told the magazine that Miller is truly a "despicable" person that they are all just excited to see her go. It was said that everyone in the cast thought that Miller only got what she truly deserved.
Cathy Nesbitt Stein, Miller's former onscreen rival, also seemed happy with the probability of Miller getting arrested. She tweeted, "Is #orange the new black? I hear stripes are big this season."
In spite of the charges, Miller has been seen preparing for season 6. She has been with the ALDC team in two competitions.
In 2014, Paige Hyland sued Miller for being physically abusive to her dancers. The publication reported that the 13-year-old has filed a lawsuit against her former teacher, claiming that she suffered from multiple panic attacks and extreme anxiety because of her.
Hyland claimed that Miller would make them work 60 hours a week and would also inflict punishment on them if they would not meet her standards. The reality star alleged Miller of insulting the dancers and their looks just for the sake of adding drama to the show. She added that she would also make fun of their looks, a statement supported by "Dance Moms" alum Chloe Lukasiak.
