Oliver Queen is running for mayor in The CW's "Arrow" Season 4 Episode 4
"Arrow" Season 4 Episode 4 is entitled "Beyond Redemption." According to Bam Smack Pow, Queen told the team that he was running for mayor. Lance asked Queen to see the death of two police officers, which allowed them to discover that the cops were killed by the Anti-Vigilante Task Force members.
Lance also brought her father to see her sister Sara Lance, who was chained up in the basement of the former's apartment. Laurel and the team also set up a trap to capture the corrupt police officers, but they failed. After Felicity Smoak considered Liza Warner as a suspect, Queen discovered that Captain Lance was meeting with Damien Darhk.
Warner and her group used Captain Lance to get to a drug disposal warehouse, but Queen and his team got there, taking the officers. Queen also requested Captain Lance to scout on Darhk so they could learn more about his plans. Laurel discovers that Sara has escaped. Then agent Conklin learned Queen's communication device with Amanda Waller.
Episode 4 was slow-paced and dialogue-filled, in addition to not showing any villain, as per Bam Smack Pow.
Meanwhile, Matt Ryan is set to reprise his role as John Constantine in Season 4 Episode 5, entitled "Haunted." According to Spoilers Guide, the episode sees a worsened path for Sara Lance, so Oliver Queen asks for a favor from his old friend, Constantine.
"Arrow" Season 4 Episode 4, "Beyond Redemption," aired on Oct. 28 while Episode 5, entitled "Haunted," is set to air on Nov. 4.
