Lamar Odom is reported to be making good progress and is likely to be discharged from the hospital within "the next 10 days," where he is recovering from his drug overdose and collapse.
"Lamar will be released from the hospital in the next 10 days," a source told Mirror who further added that it is still unclear whether the former NBA star will go to a rehab facility or will seek treatment as an outpatient.
Odom is currently admitted at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles following his collapse at a Nevada brothel on Oct. 13. He was taken earlier to a Las Vegas hospital where he remained in coma for almost a week, after which he was airlifted and brought to Los Angeles.
Although it was widely reported that the 35-year-old will go to a rehab once he is discharged from the hospital, recent reports stated that he is in denial of his drug problems and has refused to seek professional help.
Odom's wife and reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, has also reportedly insisted him on seeking help for substance abuse addiction, he "balked and said no way," a source told Radar Online.
Meanwhile, Odom and his TV star wife seemingly spent Halloween together in the hospital. While her sisters, including Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, were seen out and about over the weekend in different Halloween parties, Khloe remained away from the public eye.
The 32-year-old tweeted a pic of pumpkin candy holder which seems to be taken from Odom's hospital room, along with the caption, "Happy Halloween."
