The Atlanta Falcons (6-2) hope to avoid a second straight upset loss as they visit the struggling San Francisco 49ers (2-6) at the Levi's Stadium on Sunday, November 8 for a 2015 NFL season Week 9 game.
Atlanta was outpointed by rookie quarterback Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers right at their home stadium of Georgia Dome last Sunday with a 23-20 overtime defeat, as per ESPN.
Bucs placekicker Connor Barth scored his third field goal of the game in the extra period to help Tampa Bay snatch one from the Falcons.
Meanwhile, the Niners suffered another horrible loss last Sunday, this time to the St. Louis Rams, 27-6, at the Edward Jones Dome, via the Boston Herald.
Quarterback Colin Kaepernick continues to struggle in leading the San Francisco offense, throwing 20-of-41 for 162 yards, no touchdowns, no interceptions, and three sacks for a low QBR of 22.2 and rating of 59.2.
It was the Niners' second straight loss and sixth overall in eight games so far this season.
The Falcons are expected to bounce back from their defeat against the Bucs in their previous game with a huge road victory against the lowly Niners.
Prediction: Falcons win, 35-7.
