Nicki Minaj has been on a social media hiatus lately. Fans of the "Anaconda" singer have been wondering why she is no longer active on Twitter and Instagram.
Minaj's last post was back on Halloween and her followers are starting to get worried. As reported by Urban Islandz, some begged their idol to come back, saying that they missed hearing updates from her. On the other hand, some have been a little more explicit with their demands, with one fan writing, "B**ch are you dead or something?"
The publication reported that Minaj has been going off the radar to focus on her latest album. It was said that it has been a while since the rapper got some time off to herself. Minaj is reportedly thinking about her next album and what it's going to sound like.
The outlet further shared that Minaj is also busy with her latest venture. She is reportedly executive producing for an upcoming ABC Family comedy series.
Meanwhile, Inquistr reported that some fans do not believe that Minaj is taking a break to focus on her album. It was said that the rapper was trying to distance herself from haters who continuously bash her ongoing relationship with Meek Mill.
Some fans reportedly thought that being involved with Mill was not a good move for Minaj's career. They pointed out that he was a hot head, adding that when they eventually break up, he would diss him on Twitter just like what he did with his past relationships.
