"Sleepy Hollow" season 3, episode 7 just aired, and as expected some weird things surfaced.
As Crane and Abbie play a game of chess, it is a clear representation of their lives, which is strategy, thinking ahead, outshining the opponent, and depending on some luck.
In episode 7, Shard retrieval is still a priority even as Sophie fails to realize how complicated things are. On the contrary, Nevis thinks nothing of tricking Pandora's Box, although every accompanying story in the past would make any illiterate person to believe this would be a horrific idea.
Meanwhile, Jenny is a badass in the fighting ring, and at the same time, she goes from badass to scaryass super fighter who glows red. Ichabod realizes it is the crystal connection - the binding stones -in Jenny and it is literally eating her live from the inside out.
The episode reveals much discussion on how they are going to deal with Jenny's Shard issue, with the solution varying from consulting Nevins to doing nothing about it. The dialogue does not last long since the group is attacked by the demons Nevins awakened. The main concern is whether the creatures were sent to kill or capture Jenny.
Crane remembers an off-handed comment the "single-minded mission" of the Norse berserkers. They were a legendary tribe of warriors who were fully committed to the mission's main objective. This is why they fight, and seemingly, their only shortcoming is mistletoe.
As the episode progresses, things worsen and Jenny is definitely in a desperate situation as the Shard destroys her, in addition to possessing her. Watch the footage for the episode below to get more details on what happens to Jenny.
