"19 Kids and Counting" alums were recently slammed for allegedly making money out of Josh Duggar's recent sexual molestation and cheating scandal.
According to MNR Daily, Jessa Duggar Seewald, Jill Dillard and the rest of their family members agreed to star in the upcoming spinoff "Counting On" after "19 Kids and Counting" was cancelled.
One of the reasons had to do with the fact that they need the money because the cancellation of the once hit reality TV show became a little bit too drastic.
There are also some rumors that TLC is also trying to boost the ratings of the network and the show by making sure that Duggar's scandal will be discussed in at least one of the three-part series.
Meanwhile, a group of fans came up with a Facebook page that was designed to encourage other people to boycott the Duggar's upcoming spinoff.
"This family minimized childhood sexual abuse showing victims they do not matter," one of the posts on the page read.
As of late, it is unclear whether or not the pledge will be heard by TLC even before the spinoff airs early next month.
In other news, Michelle Duggar recently went under fire for suggesting that women should always be available to have sex with their husbands.
Supporters of Josh's wife Anna believed that Michelle threw shade at her daughter-in-law. There were rumors that Josh cheated on Anna because she wasn't always available to have sex with him.
"Counting On" will premiere on TLC on Dec. 3, 2015.
