It appears that Finnish mobile phone manufacturer Nokia is eyeing for a comeback. A recently leaked set of photographs reveal the company's latest Nokia C1 smartphone. Based on the leaked renders, Nokia will be releasing an Android and Windows 10 variants of the smartphone.
The leaked photographs show that the Nokia C1 will be available in four color variants; grey, white pink and gold. The photographs revealed that the smartphone running the Nokia Z Launcher for the Android and Windows 10 mobile operating system.
A photograph of the Nokia C1 was leaked in September and showed that the smartphone's rear-facing camera is situated right at the center. The new leaked photos revealed that it was moved to the top-left corner.
Nokia has kept its silence and did not provide a statement regarding the latest round of leaks. This led many tech experts to believe that the leaked photographs might be fake.
Rumors surrounding the Nokia C1 claim that the smartphone will sport a 5-inch full HD display, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. Rumors also claim that the smartphone will use an Intel chipset with 2GB of RAM, according to Tech Worm.
As for its software, it should run the latest Windows 10 mobile operating system and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
According to NDTV, it is important to note that Nokia cannot use its smartphone brand until the fourth quarter of 2016. This is because of Microsoft's acquisition of its devices and services division. However, Nokia has already expressed its intention to get back into the smartphone market through licensing designs for hardware manufacturers.
