Just before the official release of "Just Cause 3," developed by Avalanche Studios, the game has already received its day 1 patch, and the patch size is just below 2.8GB on PlayStation 4. VG247 managed to get its hands on in a retail copy earlier, even before the game has officially released. It has stated that the game needs some serious fixes and a day 1 update. Accordingly, Square Enix, the publisher of "Just Cause 3," has released a day 1 patch for the said game title that contains the following:
Graphics and Animations
- Optimization of LoD, lighting across various aspects
- Optimization of various Animation playbacks
Audio
- Less rude and no over talk of Rebels over each other, riding along with Rico
- Rare Audio Distortion issues fixed
- EQ and Audio Level adjustments
Missions, Random Encounters, Challenges
- Minor Mission bug fixes
- Various Random Encounters bugs fixed
- Minor Challenges bug fixes
General Fixes and Improvements
- The cracks caused due Medician Department of Nature Conservation have been removed
- Prevention of traffic Jams by making adjustments to certain roads by the Medician Department of Infrastructure
- Stability / Crash and Camera fixes
- Havok destruction optimization and localization fixes
- Worldsim improvements and updates are seen
- A refresher course in Combat and Spatial awareness has been given by DRM, following the General's recent mandate.
- Acquiring of Poorly tuned vehicles and burning them has been taken up by the Medician Department of Motor Vehicles
With a lot many updates and bug fixes, "Just Cause 3" might just be able to save from severe criticism, thanks to its Day 1 patch that has been released prior to the official launch of the game.
