One of "The Celebrity Apprentice 2015" male contestants mentioned something that may sound sexist to others on the series premiere of Donald Trump's reality show that aired on Jan. 4, Sunday, on NBC.
"Women cook. That's what they do," said Mischa Barton's "American Beach House" co-actor Lorenzo Lamas.
In the first task, the two teams competed in a bake sale.
In the male team named Vortex were Lamas, Kevin Jonas, Sig Hansen, Johnny Damon, Ian Ziering, Terrell Owens, Gilbert Gottfried and Geraldo Rivera, who was the project manager for the first task.
The members of the female team named Infinity were Shawn Johnson, Leeza Gibbons, Vivica A. Fox, Kate Gosselin, Brandi Glanville, Kenya Moore, Jamie Anderson, and Keisha Knight Pulliam, who was their first project manager.
While the Pie Face boss chose to award the $25,000 to the Infinity team for having baking better pies, the Vortex team raised more money winning Rivera his first task as a project manager.
As project manager of the losing team, Pulliam brought with her to the boardroom Gosselin and Anderson as they contributed the least money during the first task.
Trump questioned Pulliam's choice of bringing Anderson with her to the boardroom when the whole Infinity team agreed that they won the $25,000 from the Pie Face boss because of the gold medallist snowboarder.
Partly because of her refusal to call Bill Cosby and ask for money, the former "The Cosby Show" star Pulliam was the first celebrity apprentice to be fired.
On the other hand, Lamas was the one who raised the least money in the winning team Vortex.
Lamas has completed the film "American Beach House." He is set to appear in the upcoming films "Atomic Eden" and "WWJD What Would Jesus Do? The Journey Continues."
