Recently Rami Malek, who plays Eliot Alderson in the American drama - thriller television series "Mr. Robot" has teased the fans with new updates.
Rami Malek, who is known for his role of young hacker struggling with social anxiety disorder has reportedly asked his agents to clear his schedule so that he can focus on filming of second season of "Mr. Robot", according to a report from Vulture.
Malek said that it doesn't get any easier for the characters of the show, especially his own character. This is the reason why he cleared his schedule after he was pitched the story, since it is going to require a lot of energy.
He also added that he wanted to do justice to the character and the only way to achieve that is to focus on it solely.
Additionally, Sam Esmail, the series writer, director and producer has revealed that the writers have been toying with the idea of Eliot (Rami Malek) dealing with the drug lord, according to Crossmap.
While Mr. Robot is known to be a figment of Elliot's imagination, Esmail also revealed that Mr. Robot might have a chance to speak to other characters in Elliot's life.
Esmail explained that his vision for the series included making a show of the present times, and a period piece of the modern society, and thus, all episodes of the series was written with that point in mind.
The second season of "Mr. Robot" is scheduled to premiere on 2016.
