There is confusion and chaos as it is announced that Evil Corp is going down. In "Mr. Robot" Season 1, episode 10 Finale, Elliot's past hack is set to haunt him.

"Mr. Robot" Season 1, Episode 10 Finale Promo
The promo starts with a telecast for the people that with the market's opening bell this morning is going to be the final death bell of Evil Corp. People are glued to their television as they watch in horror.
Elliot looks shocked and as the scene cuts and Darlene is seen asking him about his whereabouts. Meanwhile, the people of the city seem to be losing their cool as they take the streets to protest. In one of the scenes, Elliot is seen banging the steering wheel of his car.
Elliot's father and his son have an intense scene as he tells his son to shut up. Before the promo ends, Elliot says to himself that what he did.
Rami Malek talked to Entertainment Weekly about the last two episodes of "Mr. Robot." He was asked if the final two episodes would explore the characters or address the hacking situation.
"It's hard to answer without spoiling anything, but the Evil Corp pack will very much be addressed in the last couple episodes, and we will see how that will all shake out with Elliot's discovery of Mr. Robot and how their relationship impacts the whole entire plan."
