Breathe Heavy website published a GIF formatted image which shows before and after photos of the singer looking less enhanced and skinnier than the official ad campaign photos of Calvin Klein.

In a report by TMZ, Bieber's legal team wrote Breathe Heavy website a lawsuit, accusing them of a defamation case against the singer. As the original source of the GIF photoshop, Bieber's legal team claimed that the website posted a fake "before" image and aside from the legal consequences thereafter, they want the photos to be retracted from their site and the Internet.

On Breathe Heavy website, the management said:

"Since Breathe Heavy isn't about causing anyone sadness, anger, intentionally stirring chaos, and definitely doesn't exist to invite lawsuits, we will retract the whole post per Justin Bieber's request. Justin denies that the 'before' photo is authentic, I believe him and will respect that."

Meanwhile, the whole Calvin Klein team came out to offer full support of Bieber's jaw-dropping series of images, as well as, applaud his behavior on their set. Disapproving rumors that he was terrible to work with, Clavin Klein's Chief Marketing Officer Melisa Goldie told the US Weekly that, "Justin shows up early, excited for work. He trusted us completely and gave what was asked of him without hesitation."
