The NBA Trade Rumors centered on DeMarcus Cousins again despite the Sacramento Kings continued denials.

While it's true that the Kings are not actively shopping their center, most pundits believe the right offer could swing the front office. Cousins is their main-if not only, draw but it's not always for the right reasons.

The report from Sheridan Hoops that dropped the bomb of three teams leading the race for Cousins and these were the Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat and usual suspect Celtics. These teams have the assets to offer the Kings. But they might have missed out another team: the Washington Wizards.

The Wizards were named by Hoops Habit as a one of the best destinations for the talented but beleaguered center.

The Washington Wizards are presumed to eventually blow up the team with just John Wall and Bradley Beal as the only untouchable players. If their disappointing season continues, this possibility may move from impossible to inevitable.

However, if the Wizards were faced with the possibility of acquiring the best center in the game, the only way they can trump the Bulls, Heat and Celtics is if they offer Bradley Beal.

Bradley Beal is described by Hoops Habit as "a proven postseason performer and versatile scorer, which makes him the perfect player to include in a potential deal for Cousins." Beal is a restricted free agent at the end of the season so that means the Kings, if they acquire him, can match any offer thrown at the sweet shooting guard.

The offer would be Beal, Nene's expiring contract and one of the Wizards' swingmen (Otto Porter or Kelly Oubre, Jr). Perhaps they may also add Marcin Gortat and/or a pick.

John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins were college teammates in Kentucky. Even with the loss of Beal, Wall and Cousins would be a duo that could easily attract another superstar-like Kevin Durant.

For the Kings, they have cap flexibility because of Nene's departure. They can re-sign Rondo, have Beal and Porter/Oubre, they also have Gortat along with Rudy Gay and rookie Willie Cauley Stein. That's not a bad haul.
