Avid fans of "Dota 2" are stoked concerning Valve recently distributing the final patch of the gameplay for 2015. The long wait eventually ended last Tuesday with the arrival of the "Dota 2 v 6.86: Balance of Power" upgrade.
Reportedly, the most recent update might be "unrecognizable" to the Dota 2 players because it seemingly has many changes to Valve's Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA), aligning everything from the roster to the world map. Players were treated to a surprise with the sudden arrival of the latest hero, Zet the Arc Warden, in the latest v6.86 patch.
From the latest update, players can now strike solitary enemies by the use of Arc Warden powers like the Magnetic Field, which possesses a fluxing vitality that can produce a defensive field around allied heroes and structures inside, according to Play Dota.
In addition, gamers can call for Spark Wraith to watch over a region for calamities to imbue with a destructive magic, which gives them a magical destruction. They can as well use the Tempest Double skill to create an electrical duplication of Zet, along with its current components, eventually to overpower foes.
Coinciding with Arc Warden's story is Zeus' big makeover of his default image. Zeus' arcana set, full with a cloud on his feet, a deeper voice, and new taunt, is now available in the Steam store.
Furthermore, the update introduced a new form of rune referred to as Arcane, which causes all spell cooldown timers to reduce by 30 percent and mana costs per spell to decline by 50 percent.
There are also new items added to the game. Four new components include the consumable "Faerie Fire" element that offers +2 destruction against adversaries. The item can be expended to restore health by 75 HP, with a 5-second cooldown. There is also Dragon Lance created from Ogre Club and Quarterstaff.
The Dragon Lance has the quality of a wyvern rider and offers equal measures of strength, attack speed, and damage.
Aether Lens is the third item, which is formed from Energy Booster, Cloak, and Ring of Health. This item boosts the mana and magic resistance of its conveyor, while at the same time conceding improved health regeneration.
The last component is Iron Talon that provides shield and Quelling Blade bonuses. The item's piercing blow is dreaded by all lesser creatures and the occasional tree, though it is harmless to adversary heroes or the old mammoths of the forest.
