"Fifty Shades Darker" star Dakota Johnson recently swapped moms with Kate Hudson.
According to PopSugar, Johnson and her mom Melanie Griffith spent some quality time with Hudson and her mom Goldie in Aspen.
Griffith shared a photo from their trip via her Instagram account.
"Goldie, Dakota, Kate and me having some giggles in Aspen! Mother-Daughter times are the best!!!" she wrote.
Meanwhile, according to the publication, Johnson has been spending quality time with her family lately.
In November, the 26-year-old actress celebrated her mom's 70th birthday. She also spent Thanksgiving with her entire family.
The actress still has the leisure of time to be with her loved ones since the filming for "Fifty Shades Darker" hasn't started yet.
During a previous interview, the actress confirmed that the filming for the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel will begin early next year.
In the film, Johnson will reprise her role as Anastasia Steele, and she will officially be in a relationship with Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) in the sequel.
In other news, Johnson and Griffith previously spoke with The Irish Independent about the actress' interview at this year's Oscars.
At that time, Griffith was asked whether or not she's seen her daughter's movie, and she said "no."
Johnson said that her mom might be able to watch the film one day, but Griffith said that she doesn't think this will ever happen.
"I don't think I can. I think it would be strange. I don't think so, it would be fine. I think that one day you can see it," she said.
"Fifty Shades Darker" will be released on Feb. 10, 2017.
