While he plays a major role in "Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice," rumored Jesse Eisenberg role Lex Luthor will be involved in superhuman trafficking in "Suicide Squad."
To stop him, Viola Davis' character Amanda Waller teams up with Will Smith's character Deadshot and Margot Robbie's character Harley Quinn who were both only recently imprisoned in Belle Reve, sources told Latino Review.
"Suicide Squad" will be directed by "Fury" director David Ayer.
During the filming of "Fury," Ayer had to ask Shia LaBeouf to spend time with a World War II veteran, Don Evans, so that the actor could internalize more effectively "Bible's" contrasting belief in God and interest in killing, Gospel Herald reported.
It appears to be his first time to have real trust in a director but LaBeouf said he has had directors who he has respected. He said it is difficult for him to trust a man as he is abandoned by his father but thanked "Fury" director David Ayers and his co-star Brad Pitt for helping him.
LaBeouf said he really looked up to Ayer and Pitt describing the former as "a full subscriber to Christianity" and the latter as someone who comes from "a hyper-religious, very deeply Christian, Bible Belt life," but rejected it and "moved toward an unnamed spirituality."
While "Fury" is branded as a war movie, it has several Christian messages such as God's grace and Christ's redemption, according to Breitbart.
