Sony Xperia Z6 is expected to challenge the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 with its rumored features like pressure detection technology, mega battery, dual-camera and Snapdragon 820 chipset.
Xperia Z6 and Apple iPhone 7 going to battle it out on their release as the latter is expected to be power packed with Force touch technology, a bigger and better battery and a DLSR-like camera.
According to Android Authority, the handset may be equipped with the latest pressure detection technology for the Xperia Z6 screen. This technology will allow all the applications to run smoothly when it detects the touch patterns of the users. It is also predicted that the Sony Xperia Z6 will be equipped with the support for microSD card.
Apart from the features mentioned above, it is reported that the Sony Xperia Z6 may be featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, 4 GB of RAM, and Android Marshmallow operating system out of the box. With a 3200 mAh battery capacity, the device is also expected to feature the Sony STAMINA mode and the Ultra-STAMINA mode.
As for the camera specs, it is already known that Sony is the market leader when it comes to making impressive snappers. The Xperia Z6 is speculated to sport a gigantic 23 mega pixel rear camera with an F 2.0 aperture and an 8 megapixel front camera, according to Xperia Blog.
Meanwhile, smartphone giants like LG and Samsung will be launching their flagship handsets at the Mobile World Conference 2016. However, the South Korean tech giant Sony Mobile will be launching it upcoming flagship, the Xperia Z6 at the IFA 2016.
On the other hand, it was previously rumoured that the upcoming Sony flagship will be launched at the Mobile World Conference this month. However, Sony Mobile will instead launch its upcoming device in Berlin in Sept.
Tech experts say that since the previous Xperia Z series phones were launched at the IFA events, the Xperia Z6 will also make its first appearance at this year's IFA. Additionally, the unlocked versions of the Xperia Z5, was only recently released in North America. This makes it evident that the next flagship will not be released this month.
