"Jane the Virgin" season 2 will see Jaime Camil's character Rogelio becoming more vulnerable than ever.

In the previous episodes, Rogelio and Xiomara (Andrea Navedo) have rekindled their romance after being apart for so many years.

However, when Rogelio finally gathered up the courage to ask for her hand in marriage, Xiomara said no.

At first, Xiomara wanted to say yet to the engagement, but when Rogelio said that he wants to have more kids with the former, she declined.

Xiomara explained that she no longer wants to have more kids because Jane (Gina Rodriguez) is more than enough for her.

Additionally, the female character said that she wants to be able to enjoy her life with Rogelio without having to worry about raising another human being.

In an interview with The Wrap, Camil revealed what's in store for his character in the upcoming episodes.

"My character dies! No, I'm kidding," he teased.

Even though he did not divulge much information about what will happen to Rogelio in the future, Camil said that showrunner Jennie Urman wanted to tap on his character's vulnerable side.

"Jennie is really going to be exploring the vulnerability of Rogelio, which we haven't seen much," he said.

Meanwhile, Monday night's episode of "Jane the Virgin" season 2 saw Jane contemplating as to whether or not it's time for her to lose her virginity to Jonathan (Adam Rodriguez).

At one point, Jane was so ready to do the deed that she started sexting with Jonathan. However, she ended up going beyond the speed limit causing her to be pulled over by a cop, according to TV Line.

In other news, Michael tried to track down Rose with Luisa's help.

While at the hospital, Michael and Luisa came up with the perfect plan to capture the villainous character.

However, even before they were able to do so, Rose was strangled by an unknown character.

Following Rose's death, Michael told Jane that she and her son Mateo are now safe.

Jane thanked Michael, and the latter asked if she still loves him. To their surprise, Jane said "yes."

"Jane the Virgin" season 2 airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
