The Flash is a CW Network series developed by writer/producers Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns.

"The Flash" season 2 cast member Violett Beane recently confirmed that her character Jesse Wells will become a speedster in the upcoming episodes.

In an interview with Seat42F, the 19-year-old actress said that she believes Jesse turning into a speedster will be interesting.

Additionally, the young actress said that she's also looking forward to seeing how Jesse will work with The Flash (Grant Gustin).

"Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) is a speedster in the comics too. So just to see the whole Speed Force will be really, really cool. I know that everyone that has tried their suits on before has been like, 'When I put the suit on, I feel like a superhero.' So hopefully that will happen soon for me too," she said.

Meanwhile, Beane also talked about Jesse and her dad Wells' (Tom Cavanagh) relationship.

According to her, there is still no certainty as to whether or not Wells and Jesse will be in Earth-1 for a really long time.

"I think you will be seeing a lot of her. More or less for the rest of the season, you will be able to get to know Jesse and seeing her assimilate to life on Earth-1 and getting to know all the people on the Flash Team and this whole other Earth. So you'll be seeing her getting used to her new life," she said.

In other news, "The Flash" season 2 cast Megalyn Echikunwoke's Vixen will reportedly come face-to-face with Cisco in the upcoming episodes of the hit The CW series.

Last week, Vixen made her first appearance on "Arrow" after Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) asked her for help.

However, the character is actually part of "The Flash," and Echikunwoke said that there's a possibility she and Cisco will meet.

While speaking with Comicbook she said, "There is a possibility. There's nothing in stone, but potentially anything's possible. I think Vixen could go anywhere, which is one of the cool things about her character; she's friends with everyone at school, you know? She's in almost every group."

"The Flash" season 2 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
