Noah Wyle will be back on "The Librarians" season 3, and according to reports, fans can expect to feel the presence of Flynn Carsen in the upcoming season because Wyle, who plays the character, has already signed a 7-episode deal for the series. Flynn Carsen is a significant character of the popular TNT show, "The Librarians," for he was the one who assembled the new team of Librarians that Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn) currently manages.
Since his "ER" years, which is considered to be the show that gave him a boost in the acting industry, Wyle may have planned to pursue careers behind the scenes, because he eventually decided to become one of the producers of the second (2006) and third (2008) "Librarian" Television films, titled "The Librarian: Return to King Solomon's Mines" and "The Librarian: Curse of the Judas Chalice" respectively.
Later on, after years of little news regarding the "Librarian" franchise, "The Librarians" (a TV-series version of the movie) aired its first episode in 2014. Among the executive producers of the show was Wyle (the lead star in the Librarian films) and Dean Devlin. As of the moment, the action adventure drama series has been recently confirmed to have a season 3.
As what was reported by Deadline, Wyle's co-executive producer Dean Devlin said upon his interview that Wyle's was one of the most creative minds in the show, and that he loves working with him. Devlin added that Wyle is so focused with the series, and that can be supported by Wyle's move to write and direct some episodes of "The Librarians" season 3, instead of just concentrating on his acting roles.
Devlin also teases about the possible plot of next season's "The Librarians." He said that "The Librarians" season 3 will be filled of scary and shocking scenes that fans should not miss out. Maybe supporters of the show should just wait for announcements with regards to the release date of "The Librarians" season 3, which has been reported to be released later this year.
Meanwhile, although Wyle has been very successful in filling the shoes of an actor, writer and director, he did said that he did not plan for this at all, and that all of the things happening to his life right now just fell into place.
