Street Fighter 5 is an upcoming fighting video game developed by Capcom for the PlayStation 4 and PC platform.

The latest details for "Street Fighter 5" will feature more characters, offline mode and solutions fro "rage quitters", as well as the game selling over 1.4 million copies.

Capcom announced that "Street Fighter 5" has sold over 1.4 million copies across the world between it s release on February and the close of their financial year on March 31, although it did not reach its goal of selling the game a 2 million.

Despite the ot reaching 2 million, it is still a huge accomplishment for Capcom as the reasons for "Street Fighter 5's" success is due to its strong performance of the game's digital re-release and its impressive DLC features. Capcom's net sales has reached $714 million, which represents a 20 percent increase over the same period in its previous financial year and its operating income was $111 million, a 13 percent increase over the previous year, Gamespot reported.

When "Street Fighter 5" first launched back n February, the game encountered some problems due to its lack of gameplay features and complaints over players "rage quitting" during Ranked and Casual online matches. "Street Fighter" series creator Yoshinori Ono admitted that they underestimated the popularity of the single player feaures within "Street Fighter 5". Despite the game's set backs, Capcom was able to come up with upcoming features and solutions for "Street Fighter 5" in order to make the game more interesting to its fan base.

"Street Fighter 5" has bee added to the Capcom's Platinum sellers and it is described as "perennial favorite" as it maintained steady sales mainly overseas.

In other news, it seems that Capcom will be adding new features for "Street Fighter 5" very soon as Ono stated during an interview that they are planning to have a "Versus CPU" mode for the game, as well as more unannounced gameplay content for offline players that will be made throughout this year and beyond, EventHubs reported.

Capcom will be working hard to address the fans concern for "Street Fighter 5" and will implement its plans for the regular game updates that will contain new enhancements and content additions.

Ono added the a new wave of DLC characters will be coming soon in "Street Fighter 5" depending on its success and it is said to rival that of "Ultra Street Fighter 4's" roster. So far, only Alex and Guile have been added to "Street Fighter 5's" roster while fighters like Juri, Ibuki, Urien and Balrog are coming to the game soon.

Lastly, Capcom will be implementing a new system against "Rage Quitters" within "Street Fighter 5" in the form of an anti-disconnects system. This allows penalties for gamers who are rage quitting during Ranked and Casual matches five times and the punishment will be atleast a two hour matchmaking penalty, but will not lose any League Points.

However, Capcom assured gaming fans that they will continue to improve the game's systems for more extreme punishments for "Rage Quitters" soon.

"Street Fighter 5" is currently available for the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms.
