'Kingdom Hearts 3' PS4 release date not happening this year; Square Enix to showcase the sequel at E3 2016!

Kingdom Hearts 3 is an action-RPG developed by Square Enix for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. It is considered the third title of the Kingdom Hearts game series.

New "Kingdom Hearts 3" details feature the game appearing in E3 2016 event and a possibility of a launch date next year for the PlayStation 4.

Square Enix revealed their line-up of video game titles for the fiscal year, which will end at March 31, 2017 and it will include "Final Fantasy XV", "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided", "Rise for the Tomb Raider", "World of Final Fantasy", "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" etc.

Unfortunately, "Kingdom Hearts 3" and "Final Fantasy 7" remake are not included in the list, which supports a number of rumors and speculations regarding "Kingdom Hearts 3's" release date heading to 2017 release period. Although, Squarr Enix explained that the slide does not feature the complete line-ups for their upcoming titles, PlayStationLifeStyle reported.

Square Enix added they might present new game details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo next month as "Kingdom Hearts Unchained X" game producer Hironori Okayama told The Koalition that gamers and fans will expect more from the sequel during the event.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" have been the subject of many rumors and fans speculations from new and returning characters and possible Disney worlds added to the third instalment. Square Enix has already confirmed that the worlds of "Tangled", "Hercules" and "Big Hero 6" are included in the game, while other Disney titles such as "Frozen", "Brave", "Wreck-It Ralph", "Toy Story", "Monsters Inc.", "The Jungle Book" etc. are still being considered. In addition, co-director Tai Yasuie hinted that Marvel and Star Wars characters and worlds could appear in the game.

Game director Tetsuya Nomura stated that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature three playable characters aside from Sora, but did not reveal any further details regarding who are these characters are. Nomura added some modifications to "Kingdom Hearts 3's" battle system as he explained that most of the improvements came from his own creativity and there are others that in line with the main story.

Voice actor Steven Blum tweeted that he might be voicing Cloud Strife and Sephiroth in "Kingdom Hearts 3" and possibly the "Final Fantasy 7" remake.

Square Enix is also preparing for the "Kingdom Hearts" concert tour this year as they will perform in Japan and rest of the world next year, and might reveal new game details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" as well.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
