New "Kingdom Hearts 3" details will features an upcoming appearance at E3 2016, two "Final Fantasy VII" character returning and three playable characters.
Square Enix announced that they will be attending this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo event on June as "Kingdom Hearts: Unchained X" producer Hironori Okayama stated in an interview that they will be presenting new game details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" during the event.
Recent reports revealed that the English voice overs for "Kingdom Hearts 3" have been recorded, but they are far from being finished and their are alot of speculations that the third instalment could have more than Disney characters since the Disney owns the rights of Marvel and Star Wars franchises, which is first hinted by game's co-director Tai Yasue, Attack of the Fanboy reported.
Square Enix is also preparing for the "Kingdom Hearts" concert tour for next year and it will feature some of the most memorable music from every "Kingdom Hearts" games. The first show called "Kingdom Hearts Concert -First Breath- will take place exclusively within Japan n venues such as Tokyo, Aichi and Osaka in August, while western fans will have to wait for March to June next year as the tour will be held in France, England, Singapore, China and the United States.
The concert marks that 15th Anniversary of "Kingdom Hearts" game franchise as Square Enix director Tetsuya Nmura will compile several videos from past titles. The concert will likely reveal new details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" to keep fans hyped and excited.
In other news, "Final Fantasy VII" characters Cloud Strife and Sephiroth will be returning to "Kingdom Hearts 3" as voice actor Steven Blum tweeted several new projects this year. Both Cloud and Sephiroth were featured in the first two main "Kingdom Hearts" games as Blum will also voice Cloud on the "Final Fantasy 7" remake.
Aside from Cloud Strife and Sephiroth's return, Nomura hinted that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature three playable characters instead of one, although he did not specify who these characters are calling it a "secret" that he cannot divulge, SegmentNext reported.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" might feature more Keyblade users than Sora as they embark on a final battle with Master Xehanort and his new Organization XIII. Nomura added some modifications to "Kingdom Hearts 3's" battle system as he explained that most of the improvements came from his own creativity and there are others that in line with the main story.
The Disney worlds that are confirmed to appear in "Kingdom Hearts 3" so far are "Tangled", "Hercules" and "Big Hero 6". Other worlds that are being considered includes "Frozen", "Wreck-It Ralph", "Brave", "Toy Story", "The Jungle Book", "Zootopia" and many more.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
