Take Two Interactive confirms collaboration with Nintendo for Nintendo NX?

Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick recently expressed his interest in the upcoming Nintendo NX. He revealed that their company is watching the console's development very closely and they are interested on what it could probably bring as soon as the new console is launched. Despite taking interest in the upcoming console, Zelnick did not mention anything about a possible collaboration with Nintendo as of the moment.

When asked about his insights on the upcoming Nintendo NX, Zelnick revealed in his interview that the new console Nintendo is preparing gets them excited as the entertainment company is known for going quiet for a while then finally revealing something surprising after a period of silence, The Street reported. He added that they are very interested in the console that they are currently watching the developments and stages it is undergoing.

Nintendo NX is expected to be released March next year, while more details are expected to be unveiled by fall this year, Uber Gizmo reported.

Take Two is the company responsible for publishers such as Rockstar and 2K Games. Although no company has ever released their support in the upcoming Nintendo NX, Take Two may be the first one to develop games that will be compatible for Nintendo's new console.

With this possibility, games such as the NBA 2K series and WWE 2K series may be the first ones to get a Nintendo NX version. More details are expected to be unveiled as its launch date approaches. Nintendo NX was first announced in the recently concluded E3 event last June 14. Aside from this announcement and release date, no other details have been released yet by its developer.

Meanwhile, in relation to Nintendo NX's launching in March 2017 is the possibility that "Mario" will be one of the games which will be compatible with the new console. Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto is hoping that fans will be pleased with the upcoming iteration which may be more different than the previous versions, Express reported.
