Microsoft will feature in full force at the upcoming San Diego Comic Con 2016. The tech giant will bring three of its much-awaited games - "Gears of War 4," "Halo Wars 2," and "Sea of Thieves" - within three different panels.
Based on the schedule, the first panel will present "Sea of Thieves: Art of adventure" on Thursday, July 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., according to SDCC official website. The "Sea of Thieves" panel will present an exclusive look at the art behind the shared-world pirate adventure.
During the presentation, key members of Rare, including the renowned developer of the hit titles such as "Viva Piñata," "Banjo-Kazooie," and "Battletoads," will focus on the studio's life-long interest with pirates. They will also talk about how they are creating a rich fantastical universe and evolving a timeless genre. Attendees will be treated to major announcements, new artworks, and exclusive insights into Rare's most ambitious game yet.
On Thursday, July 21 from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., the "Gears of War 4" team including creators, characters, and the cast will take the stage. Co-creator Rod Fergusson, guest panelists, and the cast will present a behind-the-scene look at "Gear of War 4." The panel will explore characters and the plot for the new saga in the popular "Gears of War" franchise.
Attendees should expect some special announcements and surprises about the upcoming game. Xbox's Major Nelson will moderate the "Gears of War 4" panel.
Microsoft will then focus on "Halo War 2: Know Your Enemy" on Friday, July 22 from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The game developer, 343 Industries, and special guests will reveal what it takes to have the much-awaited sequel on PC and console. The panel will also focus on the great future of the much-rumored franchise.
There will be an exclusive video, discussions, and surprises about the upcoming game. Starring guests will include famous voice actor John DiMaggio who has voiced in "Halo War 2," "Adventure Time," "Futurama," and "Gears of War" and "Halo" newbie Erika Soto as a central character. They will discuss video games, acting, and verisimilitude in the "Halo" world.
