'Fallout 4' DLC update: Patch 1.6 to be available this week for the PS4, Xbox One; Bethesda adds new design, quests in 'Vault-Tec Workshop'!

Fallout 4 is an open world action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

New "Fallout 4" details will feature a new patch 1.6 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, as well as new designs for Vault making and quests in the "Vault-Tec Workshop" expansion.

Bethesda Game Studios announced the latest patch 1.6 update for "Fallout 4" for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles as the new patch will bring all sorts of in-game features and issues that need fixing. One of theses is that Codsworth can now say 300 words in his vocabulary and there is also new support features for future DLCs in "Fallout 4".

The patch 1.6 will also lend support for upcoming add-ons and new add-on specific icons, which gamers will be able to see in "Fallout 4's" Workshop mode. Sadly, the "ExitSave" feature that is found in the PC version of the game, will not be implemented in the PS4 and Xbox One versions. In other words, gamers will still have to manually save their progress before quitting a play session.

Bethesda will also have its general stability and performance improvements within "Fallout 4". Gamers will notice that they patch fixed the crash issue when they target an enemy weapon in VATS.

Another problem where a companion would become stuck walking has also been fixed. Gamers will not be permanently invisible anymore "Fallout 4" as Bethesda have patched the bug. In addition, gamers will not be able to assign dead settlers to the supply lines, GameNGuide reported.

In other news, Bethesda revealed several cool features in "Fallout 4's" upcoming DLC update "Vault-Tec Workshop" as gamers will see several designs in making Vaults and quests that they need to unlock during the course of the expansion.

Players will be provided with everything they need to create their own Vault with various new items, and the ability to perform experiments on vault dwellers who wished to settle down.

The "Vault-Tec Workshop" starts out with a distress beacon coming from Vault 88 and players who are at or above level 20 will need to take care of raiders upon arrival. Once they are dispatched, the player will meet the Vault’s “strange Overseer” who is the sole survivor of the assault.

The Overseer will urge players to recruit everyone they can and perform certain experiments on the dwellers, which will unlock several new quests, VG 24/7 reported.

The "Vault-Tec Workshop" as it is scheduled to launch on July 26 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC versions and will cost around £3.99/$4.99.

"Fallout 4" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platform.
